Garg and his wife Mrs. Anita Garg established (founded) the society namely “Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society (SPMES) to serve the community/society as a whole. In 1986, under the aegis of SPMES, they started Rukmini Devi Public School in Pitampura and perpetuated the name of his father Seth Pokhar Mal and his mother Smt. Rukmini Devi.
