Ramcooler fraud company their cooler quality such a bad and after payment no response and scam

I had purchased this cooler few months back. It is worth Rs 8, 000 and has one year company warranty. I am totally unsatisfied with the overall performance of this cooler. While buying it I read the specification but after using it the working of the cooler hardly meets it specifications. It has 33 litres water capacity but there is water leakage problem everytime it is filled with water. Also it makes annoying noise while working. They had given three times free servicing in a year but after six month no one came inspite of calling them hundreds of time. There are very few service Centre in Mumbai. This cooler has to be used with a great care. I suggest not to buy this cooler as you will regret it after purchasing it.
